Booking Policy

Due to the ongoing rise in cost of products and the demand for appointments I have had to review my policies.

Deposits of 20% are required for all bookings and are non-refundable. They are deducted from the final cost of treatment. If you need to rearrange please let me know at least 48 hours prior to the appointment to allow me to offer the slot to another patient or unfortunately the deposit will be lost.

 

Online bookings will ask for a deposit for a consultation. If you attend, but decide not to have a treatment this will be refunded. The deposit will only be lost if you fail to attend or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.
